After confirming your reservation, you will be redirected to the payment gateway, where you need to pay 1000 CZK as a reservation fee for the final confirmation of your order. The paid amount will be deducted in full from the final account during your visit. 

Payment is made via a secure and certified payment gateway that meets the PCI standard. 

In case of cancellation of the reservation no later than 36 hours before the scheduled date, the reservation fee will be refunded in full. The reservation fee serves to confirm your reservation date. In case you do not cancel your reservation in time or do not arrive at your selected time, the reservation fee cannot be refunded.
